About the Workshop

We are putting on our last overlocker class for a while this is a very popular class and we have done lots of them. Do you have an overlocker? are you terrified of it? do you know what more its capable of? In this class we are not going to teach you how to thread it up but we will show you how to pull your thread through. We show you the basics how to stitch a curve without stretching it we show you flatlock rolled hems mock bands and how to do a lettuce hem and mock bands. You will go home not an expert but with enough skills at your disposal to be able to build on what you have learnt and be confident about messing with the tensions and be able to put everything back to a beautiful stitch whatever fabric you are using. We do expect you to bring your own overlocker to this class but if you are thinking or buying one its a good class to see if you like them just let us know if you need to use one of ours. As with all our classes we include tea and coffee but not lunch, we have a fridge and microwave at your disposal and there are lots of cafe`s in new mills for you to purchase food. Parking is available next door in the town hall car park or a short walk away in the main town car parks
