About the Workshop

Come and make the best fitting jeans you will ever have. We only do this class once a year so tell himself this is what you want for Christmas You can choose whatever jeans pattern you like we like the ginger or the jenny from closet core but if you have another pattern you prefer that's ok. This class is over 3 weeks you will learn how to stitch a fly front how to fix the pockets so whatever pockets you have in your jeans we will alter them so they make a tummy stay, comfy but structured. We learn how to topstich nice and evenly and the best way to hem so your sewing machine copes with all the bulk that goes with stitching with denim. The price is for tuition only it does not include your pattern of fabric or any notions to complete your project. Your denim must be washed before you cut it out you cannot start your garment until this process has been completed so we suggest you purchase your fabric well before the class from our comprehensive range of denim fabrics available either in store or on line using your 10% off code. Our denims have been chosen to give you the best results possible as denim can twist on the bolt resulting in twisted legs . As with all our classes we provide tea and coffee but not lunch, we have a fridge and microwave at your disposal or there are lots of cafe`s in new mills to purchase food. There is parking nearby at the town hall or a short walk away in the main town car parks.
