Come and make the Asta dress with us on the overlocker! Asta has a fitted bodice and a slightly flared four-gore skirt with patch pockets, making it great for dressing up or down this winter. Make it in our lovely Punta fabric making this as your go to winter dress very flattering and comfortable because of the stretch fabric. In this class we can help you fit the bodice length. adjust the sleeves and/or lengthen or shorten the skirt (I lengthened the skirt), so that your dress is perfect for you and you can then replicate it at home. We have made this dress twice and have plans for more. You can make Asta with a boatneck or turtleneck, and even choose from four sleeve lengths. You will make this gorgeous dress with jersey fabric, it’s a great project for a confident beginner. As with all our classes the cost is for the tuition, use of studio facilities including sewing machines and your pattern. it does not include fabric or thread or any other notions you will need to finish your project. Tea and coffee are included but not lunch or any other drinks but there are lots of places in New Mills to buy them from or bring your own we have a fridge and microwave you can utilize.
