Do you accept returns on fabric?
We do not accept returns on fabric unless they are faulty, due to being cut to size.

What is the minimum length of fabric that you sell?
We sell our fabric in quantities of 0.5m. 

How long is your processing time?
We aim to process all our orders and send them the next working day, we are open Tuesday-Saturday so if you make an order on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, this will be sent on the following Tuesday.

A fabric I like is out of stock, when will you re-stock?
We aim to sell a range of fabrics, and so we do not tend to order the same fabric twice, unless it is a staple such as linen or denim. If you are interested in a certain fabric, please send us an e-mail/message and we will let you know if we intend to re-stock this item, or if we can suggest a similar fabric.

I have placed an order to collect in-store, how soon can I pick this up?
Once we see your order online, we will aim to process this as soon as possible and so a same day pick-up may be possible. We will send you a pick-up e-mail once your order has been processed. Please note that we are a small team, and so may not see the order straight away. Orders placed after 4pm on Tuesday-Friday will be processed the next working day, please note that orders placed after 4pm on Saturday will be processed on the following Tuesday.

Do you stock the same fabrics online as in your store?
Yes we do, however we sometimes have online offers that do not apply in our store. Plus if you are a member of our website, you will receive monthly online offers.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, due to postage costs, we do not ship outside the UK. However, if you would like to purchase items to be shipped outside of the UK, please send us an e-mail or message and we will see what we can do.

Do I need to be a website member to shop online?
No, you do not need to be a website member to shop online, however, if you do become a website member you will be sent a 10% off joining code to use, as well as monthly offers for our online store.

I forgot to add my discount code to my order, please could you refund me the difference?
Unfortunately we cannot refund unused discount codes, however you can add your discount code to your next purchase.

Cancellation Policies for Classes, Workshops, 1:1's etc.
If cancellation is over 14 days prior to class, we can offer a full refund. If cancellation is up to 14 days prior to class, we will try to fill your space. If we cannot fill your space, we cannot offer a refund. If cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to class, we cannot offer a refund.
